Freebies for blood donors

In response to a critical low blood supply at our country’s blood bank O, members of the public are urged to step forward and donate blood – according to recent reports from The Straits Times. While efforts are being made to encourage donations, there remains a significant gap between supply and demand.

In a commendable initiative, Rounding has joined the campaign alongside partners Coatconut and 99Bends to boost blood donations. Recognizing the urgency of the situation, the group have pledged to reward blood donors of any type with a coffee, a car wash and a 10-minute simulator experience on the house at their establishment between 27 Jan – 1st Feb 2024. “We believe in giving back to the community, and supporting initiatives that save lives,” stated Mr Blake Chan, one of the co-owners of Rounding. “By offering incentives, we hope to encourage more people to step forward and donate blood.”

Contrary to common beliefs, individuals from all walks of life, including car enthusiasts, have the power to make a life-saving difference by donating blood. ”Every donation counts and has the potential to save multiple lives. Together, we can ensure an adequate supply of blood for those in need and make a tangible difference in our community.”
