Terms & Conditions

Eligibility: This voucher is valid only for winners of the Loklok Challenge held at Rounding Café.
Redemption: Winners must contact us directly at 8237 3272 (Whatsapp/Call) to make a booking.
Validity: The offer is valid for bookings made within 3 months from the date of your win.
Usage: The 50% discount applies to the Signature Basic Filming Package (U.P. SGD $1,200). Package covers 1 car only; additional cars or extended filming time will incur top-up fees.
Deliverables: 1 X 4K 60s 16:9 format with 15 X 5K photos. Final output (2-3 weeks post production time) will be delivered via softcopy download link on Google Drive/Cloud. No physical storage media will be provided.
RAW Files: Please note that RAW files will not be provided; only the final edited deliverables are included.
Personal Usage: The delivered photos and videos are strictly for personal, non-commercial use (e.g. social media sharing). Any commercial usage, advertising, or brand/marketing use requires a separate licensing agreement and loading fees with us.
Non-transferable: This prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Scheduling: Bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed at least 2 weeks in advance.
Cancellations: Any cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 7 days prior to the shoot date, otherwise the prize may be forfeited.
Inclement Weather: In the event of bad weather (e.g. heavy rain, haze, or unsafe conditions), the shoot may be rescheduled at no additional cost. Final decisions on postponement will be made by the production team.
Rights: We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
